End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Ice Cream Mix ("Application").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or professional purposes on Apple-branded devices, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The Application, including but not limited to its algorithms, formulations, calculations, databases, design, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Application for unlawful purposes
Resell, sublicense, or exploit the Application without authorization

4. Professional Use Disclaimer

The Application provides calculations and formulation assistance for informational purposes only.

The developer does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for professional use. Any use in food production or commercial environments is at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Ice Cream Mix offers auto-renewable subscription plans managed through Apple In-App Purchases.

Payments are processed exclusively by Apple
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
The annual plan may include a 3-day free trial; any unused portion of the trial is forfeited upon subscribing
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings

6. No Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

The developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits
Business interruption
Food production errors
Indirect or consequential damages

8. Apple Disclaimer

Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
